Dear Grumpy Publishers: When the Subscriber Wins, You Win
Here's the deal: Publishers have been clamoring for some sort of subscription model for apps that run on Apple's iOS-based devices, and now that Apple has created a system, they get all whiny because Apple wants a 30 percent cut for directing its 100 million or so customers to publishers' products. Seriously.
