iOS 18 will fix Apple HomeKit's biggest problem by letting you pick your own home hub — bringing an end to flakey automations and misbehaving devices

The upcoming iOS 18 update will let smart home owners select a preferred device to act as a smart home hub rather than letting HomeKit choose for them.
