Apple defeats lawsuit alleging it ripped off tech journalist for ‘Tetris’ movie on TV+

As detailed by Reuters, U.S. District Judge Katherine Failla determined that the “book and the movie were not similar enough to support Ackerman’s allegations.” </p>
