RebelSim - No Data and upgrade to 2.1 has left me without caller id.

I use a Rebel Sim for my iPhone 3G in Barbados. Not jailbroken.

I signed up for a unlimited data package but I am not able to use it.

Local carrier bmobile suggested I text the word ALL to # 8888 and the data settings will be automatically sent to my phone.

I recieved a text stating that the settings could not be automatically changed.

What do I do?

Do I have to go into cellular data settings and put in APN#?

Also, since I upgraded to 2.1, my caller id does not work.

Any help would be appreciated.
