Building Hackintosh...Advice?

I am about to be done with school, and am trying to build a beast. I am going to be running Rhino, Alias Studio, Bunkspeed Hypershot +Hypermove, Adobe Creative Suite (DW, PS, AI, ID). So yeah.

--i7-950   3.06 GHz   4.8 GT/s   LGA1366
--Nvidia GeForce 9800 GTX
-- Network Card (?) Apple's are expensive...should i get one used? Not really siked on D-link...
--1000w Power Supply (Corsair,Sigma, or Nexus?)
--Sound Card(?) Psystar recommends Rebel Sound. (Not sure where to find it, have looked)
--Displays...well i am looking for two displays around 22"-24" at least 1920x 1080...would like resolution to be higher.
