Instagram launches 15-second video sharing with 13 filters and ‘Cinema’ stabilization
Facebook today announced “Video on Instagram” at a press event held in its Melno Park headquarters. Users will now be able to post videos of up to 15 seconds on the service, with an option to choose from a set of 13 predefined filters.
