Samsung tops Apple, AT&T tops other U.S. carriers in customer satisfaction survey
Apple prides itself in having very high customer satisfaction ratings for its products, as evident by the prominent placement of J.D. Power awards on the company’s website. Latest numbers from the American Customer Satisfaction Index, however, reveal that Samsung has surpassed Apple in customer satisfaction when it comes to smartphones.
