IDC: iPad sales slowing as tablets surge in popularity
According to a new report from research firm IDC, the tablet space as a whole has seen impressive growth in 2013 – almost 60% year over year. Of course, Apple tops the charts with 14.6 million unit shipments. However, although the Cupertino corporation is still the strongest tablet vendor, today’s report reveals a 14% decline rate year-over-year for the iPad.
