Mac OS X Leopard on acer aspire one boot up disk

I am trying to install Mac os x on acer aspire one.....

Altough there are many tutorials how this is performed i am stuck in the first step ...... How to create the bootup thum disk...

Is there a way how to create this on a windows platform since i dont have a mac pc.

Try iPC or iDeneb or iATKOS.
But do not ask where to get it(Google is your friend).
