release of OS X 10.10.3 earlier this week, which included the new
Photos app for OS X, Apple has removed iPhoto and Aperture from the Mac App Store.<!--break--> Both apps are now unavailable for purchase, though they can still be downloaded from the Purchases tab in the store by those who already own the applications.</p> <p>While Photos will serve as the primary way to manage and edit your photos on OS X going forward, dedicated users of iPhoto and Aperture
