AT&T reportedly raising upgrade fees to $45, adding $15 activation fee to new Next and BYOP customers on August 1

Fees are part of the package when it comes to wireless contracts and deals, and for AT&T subscribers there’s a bit more money that the Big Blue carrier might be asking for soon.
