Can not move the cursor while booting

hello good day! im new to this site, apology if this question doesn't belong to this thread...I'd like to install Mac os 9.2.1 to my iBook laptop but while im in bios the cursor didn't move I can't click the image of inserted cd it seems the arrow keys malfunction if I press the (ENTER) key,it will go back to the hard disk(old OS) and nothing's happen...please somebody guide me...I burned Mac osx 10.4 DVD,Mac os 9.0 CD type, Mac os 9.2.1 CD type but it doesn't work..my old os is Mac 9.0.2and it seems out dated....any help will be appreciated...thanks..Ruel
