iPhone 6s and iPhone
6s Plus, the company has just released a new Android app to help make the transition easier with automatic migration of contacts, message history, and more. <!--break--></p> <p>The app is, perhaps a little wordily, called "Switch from Android to iOS," and works pretty much how you'd expect it to. Once downloaded, the app will allow you to wirelessly transfer the following bits of data:</p> <ul><li>Contacts</li> <li>Message history</li> <li>Camera photos and videos</li> <li>Web bookmarks</li> <li>Mail accounts</li> <li>Calendars</li> </ul><p>The way the app works is by creating a private Wi-Fi network from your new iPhone during the migration process and seeking out your Android device. You then enter a security code, and you're off to the races.</p> <p>So, if you or a friend are planning to make the switch, it's now just that little bit easier. You can go ahead and download the app from Google Play now. As an aside, hopefully this means we'll be seeing Apple Music extend its reach to Android soon.</p> <ul><li>Free -
