iOS 9.3 Public Beta 2 rolls out to testers

Apple has pushed out the second public beta version of iOS 9.3. Members of the company's Beta Software Program can get the update as an over-the-air download through Settings &gt; General &gt; Software Update on a registered iPhone or iPad.
