<a href="http://www.wsj.com/articles/sharp-accepts-foxconns-6-25-billion-takeover-offer-1456367642" target="_blank">WSJ[/url] quickly reported that Foxconn was “delaying” signing – and the same source today reports that talks have broken down.</p>
