For those that don't know, Liam is a recent addition to Apple's environmental efforts. It quickly breaks down an iPhone into its component parts, saving as much of the material as possible. That material, which includes steel, aluminum, gold, and much more, can then be used in future phones, or to refurbish existing phones, ensuring that as little goes to waste as possible.
Apple also recently debuted an Earth Day-themed ad about iMessage.
