I have an Iphone with Orange sim card unlocked and activated.
I would like to use it with swedish sim card when I am in Sweden.
What shall I do, jailbreak and anysim? Will that be enough?

You'll need both.
Just use ziphone2.5c, you'll be able to install new apps (jailbreak) and use other sim (swedish one/ simfree).
