Hi Problems booting OSX into a PC

I have a Intel D820 with sse2 and i tried to install Tiger and Leopard and never i coud.
With option -v I see that find a hardisk hd(16) ? Why i have a IDE off 8 Gigas and i coud't install.
My comp freezze with background image of the logo. I also have a mother intel 946 gzis.
I dont know wich is the problem? The ide disk, the keyboard ps2? the mouse ps2? Please give me a help. THX.
