Author Topic: YouTube won't work on my iphone.  (Read 6527 times)

I am connected to my house's wireless connection, Safari as well as the Music Store on my iPod work fine.
But this message comes up:

"You must first connect to iTunes with an Internet connection to enable YouTube."

I have connected to iTunes on my touch multiple times trying to do what the phone is imperatively suggesting as the solution ? but with no success

What?s going on here?

Does anyone have an answer? Maybe a solution? Facing the same problem?

I also can't use my 1.1.2 iphone's youtube. But the message is "Cannot connect to YouTube". All the other features work - Safari, Maps, ITunes, etc.

Hope somebody here can help us on this.

I have the same problem as eg. But I'm running 1.1.4
Does anyone know a solution for this? I could really use the YouTube.app...

OK, FIRST DO A MASTER RESET ON THE PHONE BY HOLDING THE POWER BUTTON & THE CENTER BUTTON @ THE SAME TIME.
WHEN THE PHONE COMES BACK ON GO TO SETTINGS AND TIME & DATE
MAKE SURE UR TIME ZONE IS WHERE U LIVE.
THAT USUALLY DOES THE TRICK.
LET ME KNOW IF IT DOESNT WORK, THERE IS ANOTHER DIFFICULT STEP
