As the weather has been heating up, you may be experiencing poorer air quality in your area, depending on where you live. I'm definitely no stranger to bad air quality — I live in Southern California, which is approaching wildfire season in a few months. But it's not just fires that you need to worry about either, after all, things like pollen affect the air quality too, as well as your allergies. We need fresh, clean air to breathe on a daily basis, but it's also an important factor to consider in short and long-term health. That's why you should be checking the air quality index (AQI) of your locale regularly on your best iPhone or even the latest Apple Watch Series 6 (and older).
