How's it going guys/gals. This is my first of many posts I hope.

I recently received an Apple Iphone New OTB 1.12
I'am currently using it as an itouch, patiently waiting for the new unlock to be released.
I will be using this phone with T-Mobile.

My question is, Do you think i'd be able to purchase the Apple care protection plan and say hey! there 's something wrong with my phone fix it. Or because i unlocked it would that void anything?

The first thing they ask you about is your AT&T account when you go in for service. They are not going to service you phone at all unless they verify that you have an AT&T account, even with apple care. I wouldnt worry too much about it though because if you have problems, that is what these forums are for. We are here to help!

So im thinking of selling the phone to one of my friends and he has the att, they wouldnt give him any problems as to where he received the from or anything would they?

No as long as he activates it through itunes , which doesn't mean that he has to change his current plan but he does have to add the data plan to it. He should have no problems at all.
