Apple succession plan proposal gets proxy firm's backing
International Shareholder Services, an advisory firm for institutional investors, is backing a proposal that would ask Apple's board of directors to produce a written CEO succession plan. Apple's board opposes the proposal, which goes before shareholders later this month at the company's annual meeting.
