hi all... i dont know how to use this or where to submit but i need help with my hackintosh.

i have kalyway 10.5.1 ready to install but im not sure if my specs are compatible.

2 gigs ddr2 g. skill ram
300 western digital hdd
msi geforce 8600 gt factory overclocked
xfx 650i ultra motherboard
pentium d 805 processor

i have xp installed and i will probably erase it but i also have a seperate partition with over 7,000 songs... i dont want to erase that.  should i just back it up and then format my hard drive? or can i just save the partition with my music?
