Pre-orders for iPhone 4S open to 22 additional countries
Apple announced when it unveiled the iPhone 4S that it would reach 22 more countries by the end of October. In keeping with that timeline the company opened up pre-orders for the device in those countries Friday, with expected shipping times of one to two weeks.
