Exigency Lets You Make Emergency Call To Any Contact From Lock Screen
Exigency is a new jailbreak tweak that allows you to make an emergency call to anyone in your contacts from the lock screen.
By default, when you tap on the Emergency Call button on the Enter Passcode screen, it brings up the Phone app and gives you an option to call 911 or the appropriate emergency number in your country.
