AT&T to acquire Leap Wireless for $1.19 billion to expand spectrum
After its bid to acquire T-Mobile failed, AT&T is now trying to acquire Leap Wireless, another U.S. carrier that also operates the Cricket brand. AT&T has agreed to buy the carrier for $15 per share in cash.
