Apple Disgruntlement Reaching Fever Pitch
It has not been a pretty few weeks for Apple. Almost immediately following its release of the iPhone 4, reception problems began popping up, with complaints quickly spreading online through traditional and social media. Then, came Consumer Reports' review of the phone -- which it did not recommend due to its antenna problems. The issue reached a crescendo as talk of a recall made the rounds.
