Apple inadvertently confirms Public Transit Directions to be included in iOS 8 MapsApple had reportedly planned a number of improvements to Maps for iOS 8 including the addition of Transit Directions, a feature that many users have requested for. The company, of course, didn’t make any Maps related announcements at WWDC, but an eagle-eyed developer spotted the new transit directions icon in a WWDC session slide.
