iCloud Mail is down for select users

iCloud Mail is currently experiencing an outage for certain users that began around 17 to 18 hours ago as of writing. Apple has updated its System Status page to reflect the downtime, noting that about 0.1% of users may be unable to receive mail until the service is restored.
