Papers, Please for iPad will get its nudity restored in an update next week

<div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p><a href='http://www.imore.com/papers-please-ipad-will-get-its-nudity-restored-update-next-week' title="Papers, Please for iPad will get its nudity restored in an update next week"><img src='http://www.imore.com/sites/imore.com/files/styles/large_wm_brw/public/field/image/2014/12/papersplease-ipadair-hero_1024.jpg?itok=QxVDiF-6' />[/url]</p> <p>Lucas Pope, the creator of the just launched iPad version of the acclaimed indie game Papers, Please has now stated that it will be updated next week to restore content that was in the original PC version that included nudity.</p>  <p>The PC version of the game, which has the player monitoring who comes into a fictional totalitarian country, included nude images of characters as they are put through a full body scanner. Earlier this week, Pope said he removed that nude content from the iPad port so it could be published, stating:</p>

<p>Apple rejected that build for containing "pornographic content."</p>

<p>Now Pope has posted on Twitter that Apple has contacted him once again about this issue, saying:</p>

<p>The initial rejection for porn was a misunderstanding on their part. They suggested I resubmit with the nudity option.</p>

<p>He added in a later post:</p>

<p>I'll make an update to restore the nudity over the weekend (default to off) and it should be available next week.</p>
