Apple reportedly skips 12 Days of Gifts this year

<div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p><a href='http://www.imore.com/apple-reportedly-skips-12-days-gifts-year' title="Apple reportedly skips 12 Days of Gifts this year"><img src='http://www.imore.com/sites/imore.com/files/styles/large/public/field/image/2013/12/12_day_gifts_iphone_hero.jpg?itok=24csNB1e' />[/url]</p> <p>Apple is reportedly forgoing their annual 12 Days of Gifts promotion this year. Normally running from December 26 to January 6, previous 12 Days of Gifts promotions have featured free iPhone and iPad apps, movies, TV episodes, and music. But this year there has been no update or re-release of the dedicated app for 12 Days of Gifts, and it seems that Apple is indeed skipping this year.<!--break--> According to Macworld UK:</p>
<p>A reliable source has now confirmed that Apple is not running its 12 Days of Christmas promotion this year, which may not come as a surprise considering that it's Christmas Eve and there is still no sign of the app.</p>
<p>The 12 Days of Gifts promotion has previously run every year in the U.K. since 2008, and arrived in the United States last year.</p> <p>Source: Macworld UK</p> </div></div></div><div id="comment-wrapper-nid-29109"></div><img width='1' height='1' src='http://tipb.com.feedsportal.com/c/33998/f/616881/s/41bfe687/sc/15/mf.gif' border='0'/><br clear='all'/>
