OS X 10.5.6 install - What am I doing wrong?

Hello people

I’m new here and to MAC OS, I’m trying to get OSX 10.5.6 retail installed on a PC, I’m using the below instructions

Phase One >>>


1. Insert your BootCD into DVD/ROM and boot/start your PC.

2. On the boot prompt, press Enter. You will be asked to enter a two-digit hexadecimal boot device (do not press any key).

3. Remove the BootCD and replace it with the Mac OS X Retail DVD. Wait for the blinking light on your DVD drive to stop and then hit Enter (this will read your DVD drive and not your HD).

4. Perform the Mac OS X Leopard installation. You may need to use Disk Utility (under the Utilities Menu) to partition and format your HD if you haven’t already. Make sure to select GUID (under Options).

This is as far as I can get, the DVD boots I get passed the apple screen and then the pc just sits on the "northern lights" screen, no GUI is loading, any ideas?

Asus P5E3 premium bios 0803
Intel core 2 Quad Q9450
Intel X48 ICH9R
4GB OCZ platinum
WD raptor and DVD RW connected via SATA using AHCI
Bios settings changed to accommodate MAC OSX

Any help appreciated

Try iPC or iDeneb or iATKOS.
But do not ask where to get it(Google is your friend).
