iOS 8.4 from Apple's iOS Developer Center. Additionally, developers, as well as AppleSeed testers, can download the new release over the air on a device running the previous beta. Developers can also get the latest release of the Xcode 6.4 beta.<!--break--></p> <p>The notable change in iOS 8.4 in the inclusion of a revamped Music app, which features a more streamlined version of iTunes Radio. iOS 8.4 is the second major update to iOS to expand testing beyond those with developer accounts. Apple's invite-only ApplSeed program began inviting users to
