Apple Pay is set to make its debut in the UK
on July 14, with retailers starting to put up signs showing support for the contactless payment service. The NFC-based service will be available at all major banks, including Bank of Scotland, First Direct, Halifax, HSBC, Lloyds, M&S Bank, Nationwide, NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland, Santander, TSB and Ulster Bank. Barclays hasn't announced its support yet, but a

limits of £20, which will be raised to £30 this fall. Retailers looking to accept higher value transactions will have to upgrade their payment terminals.
