I dont even know where to begin my phones original firmware was 1.0.2 or earlier i belive so conncted to itunes and upgraded to 04.02.13_G then that locked the phone (sad) so i canceled my service i didnt want to deal with it then i read that i could unlock the phone (happy) i purchased a program called oneclickiphoneunlock (ugh) it did not work so they refunded my money...i tried numerous things like downgrading, youtube videos, bla bla bla i said what the heck im over it its just a useless brick now so i asked my brother to  take a shot at it..WELL!!! he upgraded to 1.1.3 then that makes an even bigger mess...so now im totally lost i dont know what end is up or down with this phone......anywho thats the drama xo Alexes

i hope for the best for you can you update to 1.1.1?? or do you know what firmware are you on\??

!!!!!!!!!On the activation screen, slide for emergency and dial: *#301# to make the phone call itself. (If the incoming call dialog quickly disappears but it keeps ringing, just dial 0 (remove *#301# first), and it will call itself)
Answer the call, and tap on Hold
Phone will call it self again, tap Decline. You will now be returned to the normal dialer. !!!!!!!!!!!!



*HMM* okayyy once i tap decline it takes me back to slide for emergency dose anyone esle have this problem***

I am having the same problem. I attempted to go from a jailbroken 1.1.2 to the new jailbreak 1.1.3 and Now I'm stuck with "slide for emergency calls" and the *#301# isnt working HELPPPP!!!

put ur phone in restore up grade to 1.1.3

follow instructions and ur done
