5% of Mac users at IBM are calling Help Desk Support, while 40% of PC users are calling inBack in May of this year, IBM began an initiative that would allow its employees to choose a Mac for the first time. Apparently that decision has been a boon for the company in a variety of ways, one of which is IT.
