IBM's Swift Sandbox lets you write and run Swift code in a web browser

IBM has introduced a new resource for people looking to work with the Swift programming language. The IBM Swift Sandbox is an interactive website that lets you write Swift, and supports that latest version of Swift, with all of the language's standard libraries being open to you. From IBM: The IBM Swift Sandbox is an interactive website that lets you write Swift code and execute it in a server environment – on top of Linux! Each sandbox runs on IBM Cloud in a Docker container. In addition, both the latest versions of Swift and its standard library are available for you to use. Apple made Swift open source earlier this week, letting anyone build on the work they've already done. IBM is also being more open about how it is working with Swift, and has opened its own Swift @ IBM website to keep people up to date on its work. Source: IBM (1), (2) ...<br clear='all'/>
