Apple issues new build of iOS 9.3 for older devices that fixes activation issues

After pulling the original iOS 9.3 update for older iPhones and iPads, Apple has released a new build of the operating system for affected devices. This new build, 13E236, is for older devices only, and iPhones and iPads that successfully installed the update earlier this week don't need to update to this new build. Apple originally paused the update to iOS 9.3 for older devices after several owners of such devices had trouble activating them after the original update.
