FBI director suggests agency paid well over $1 million to unlock San Bernardino iPhone

<p>Speaking to a security conference in London today, FBI director James Comey suggested that the agency paid more than $1 million for the iPhone 5c exploit <a href="http://9to5mac.com/2016/03/28/fbi-accesses-data-on-terrorists-iphone-without-apple/" target="_blank">used to unlock the San Bernardino shooter’s device[/url] last month.<a href="http://www.nbcnews.com/tech/tech-news/fbi-paid-more-1-million-iphone-cracking-tool-n560006" target="_blank"> NBC News [/url]reports that Comey didn’t explicitly reveal the price of the hack, but instead hinted at its price based on his salary:</p>
