It may be old(ish) news to some, but for those of you who haven't noticed, our favorite social media app, Instagram, has extended its video time limit to a whopping 60-seconds. This is amazing news for users who post in-depth makeup tutorials, people who make hilarious content for their Youtube channel, filmmakers that debut trailers for their longer projects on Instagram, and more!
When Instagram first started, video wasn't even an option. You had your square pictures, and that was it — heck, you didn't even have the glamorous long photos new users are so used to seeing. But in the last six months, Instagram says the time people have spent watching video increased by more than 40 per cent – and with over 300,000,000 active users on Instagram every darn month, well…
