As we had predicted, Apple has just announced that this year’s WWDC 2020 event will be held online-only in June in an “entirely new online format.” The announcement is not surprising since the COVID-19 outbreak has led to all major tech events and conferences getting canceled or being held online-only. This includes Google I/O, Microsoft’s Build, Facebook’s F8 conference, and more.
