Apple has removed Fortnite from the App Store after it offered direct in-app payment, will terminate developer account

<p><strong>Update 08/17/20:</strong> Epic Games <a href="https://twitter.com/EpicNewsroom/status/1295430127455596544" rel="nofollow">has tweeted[/url] that Apple will terminate its developer accounts on August 28.</p><p><a href="https://apps.apple.com/us/app/fortnite/id1261357853" rel="nofollow">Fortnite[/url] may not be burning up the App Store charts like it used to be, but it’s still one of the most popular games of all time, with players in the tens of millions.
