Apple releases iOS 4.3 beta 3 for developers
A third beta of Apple's forthcoming iOS update in just under a month brings more enhancements for developers to test. Features included in this release for end users include AirPlay for third-party apps and a much-requested preference to toggle the behavior of the iPad's orientation lock/mute switch.
