I have an HP G42-415dx running an amd athlon II p340 dual core with ati mobility raedon 4250 graphics, i would like to dual boot with windows 7

I have a Dell Vostro1510, runing with intel core2 Duo 2000Ghz, 2M cache,nvidia 8600GT,4g Ram, Boot Dual with win 7.

I just want to know which installiation i need to use (iPC, Leo4All iAkatios) and insstructions dual booting it
