Apple versus Epic court battle continues, as iPhone maker denies violation

<p>In January, Epic Games headed back to court to <a href="https://9to5mac.com/2024/01/31/epic-games-app-store-ruling/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">accuse Apple of failing to comply[/url] with the original <a href="https://9to5mac.com/guides/antitrust/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">antitrust[/url] ruling, and now the Cupertino company has asked a judge to dismiss the complaint … </p>
