Nokia to Apple: En Garde! That Was Only a Flesh Wound
Nokia has filed a new complaint with the International Trade Commission alleging that Apple has infringed on seven Nokia patents in the manufacture of nearly all of its smartphones, music players, tablets and computers. Nokia wants the ITC to exercise its ability to prevent patent-infringing products from entering U.S. borders. This is not Nokia's first try at legal action against Apple.
