Insert Audio in startup...?

I am very new to any kind of Mac programming or tinkering, so bear with me.

I have been playing around with text to voice and can create voice files of selected text. However, what I'd like to do is make the sign-in screen play an audio file (aka a message I create) when an incorrect password is entered. I realize that this may be difficult or extensive, but if someone knows how, I'd love to hear!
