Author Topic: Locked iphone and ATT "Pay as you go" Sim card  (Read 8026 times)

I have a Sony Erricson cell phone with an active ATT "Pay as you go" sim card in it. 

But now I want to buy a new locked Apple 3G iPhone.  If I take the ATT "Pay as you go" sim card out of the Sony Erricson cell phone and put it into the iPhone, will it automatically recognize the sim card and activate and work without any limitations?  And shouldn't it be able to download any new firmware without relocking because this is an ATT sim card?
