Problem with the System Profiler, Internet and Audio

I am having audio problems(No AUDIO).

The System Profiler, always  close in my face, when I try to open it, so I cant know anything ABOUT THOS MAC link

My Internet don?t work too.

Does anybody can help me to fix this problems??
