iTunes Match international rollout premature; refunds being issued
      

If it seemed late Wednesday like Apple's rollout of iTunes Match to basically every international iTunes market was too good to be true, that's because it was; Apple is telling customers Thursday that beyond Brazil and the U.S., Match "will not function."
